If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the convenience fee if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, the order Shipping Fee will not be refunded.

For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, the shipping fee will be non – refundable irrespective of order value.

From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 days for the orders to reach you.

The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

  1. Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
  2. You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
  3. The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users).

The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

You may not be liable for a refund, if you fall in any of the scenarios stated below:

  1. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
  2. Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any).
  3. If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
  4. You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post – delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
  5. You have used the item for which claim was raised.

Order Status And Payment Information

To check the status of your order, log into your account on the Cadia app or website, and go to the My Orders section to get all the information.

Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to mail us at [email protected] within 24  hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.

Kindly note, any complaint raised after 24 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

You may pay the courier executive using cash.

Returns & Exchange

Cadia’s return and exchange policy give you an option to return or exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. The return and exchange policy for every product is mentioned on the product page.

If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from the My Order section within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging can be returned/ replaced.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on Cadia Fashion House for the same or different sizes within the specified exchange period.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to the Return/Exchange Policy:

  1. Jewelry, Accessories, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, cannot be exchanged or returned.
  2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. In case you have purchased an item that has a gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  4. Cadia Fashion House will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances a product is returned by mistake, Cadia Fashion House would not be responsible for its delivery back to the User.
  5. Under Exchange Policy,
  1. If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you within the specified exchange period for the same size or different sizes of the same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
  2. Customers can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each item.
  3. Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
  4. Cadia Fashion House shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy.

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.

For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Cadia Fashion House assumes no liability in this regard. Cancellations & Refunds

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been out for delivery yet, you can cancel your order through My Order on App/Website/M-site as long as the cancel option is available or by writing to us at [email protected]. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Tap on the “My Orders” section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel.

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
