What is the return/exchange policy on Cadia?

Cadia’s return and exchange policy give you an option to return or exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. The return and exchange policy for every product is mentioned on the product page.

If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from the My Order section within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging can be returned/ replaced.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once the pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

How does the exchange policy on Cadia work?

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on Cadia Fashion House for the same or different sizes within the specified exchange period.

When is a product not eligible for return/exchange?

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to the Return/Exchange Policy:

    • Jewelry, Accessories, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • In case you have purchased an item that has a gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
    • Cadia Fashion House will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product is returned by mistake, Cadia Fashion House would not be responsible for its delivery back to the User.
    • Under Exchange Policy,
        1. If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you within the specified exchange period for the same size or different sizes of the same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
        2. Customers can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each item.
        3. Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
        4. Cadia Fashion House shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy.

How will I receive the refund for my returned product?

In the case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the credit/debit card where the payment was made from.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

In case of returns, Cadia Fashion House initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. If the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Cadia Fashion House assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, please call our customer care.

Why is my returned product re-shipped?

This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. If you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Cadia Fashion House assumes no liability concerning the return or refund for the said re-shipped item.
